2008 Week Course fees are from £250. A week course starts with dinner at 6pm on Sunday Evening and finishes after breakfast on Friday Morning.
2008 Weekend Course fees are from £150. A weekend course starts on a Friday at 6pm with Dinner and finishes after a 1pm Sunday lunch.

This photo was taken at the end of our course, our tutor Dennis Binks made us work very hard, but there were plenty of laughs along the way.
I made lots of new friends and Dennis brought out the best in all of us. Alan and Babs made us feel very welcome at Hafan Y Coed, I look forward to my next visit.
On the Saturday night Dennis Binks held a ghost hunt on the premises and this is one of the photos, which shows some quite good orbs.
This is the main hall at Hafan-y-coed, where we set up and monitored EVP audio, where we set up a radio in-between channels so you get the crackling noise, and you tape record it, I wanted a photograph of the hall, but did not expect to see and hear so much activity. In this photo' look at the far end of the room, this photo' was done with no flash so as to illiminate and reflections, can you see that electoplasm on the book case to the left, it was dusk and the light was very low. There is a sky light in the middle of the room, but no matter where you stood and at what time, it did not reflect off the book case.
Now take a look at this, I set up a trigger object, where I use to place a small object on a piece of paper, draw around it and see if it moves during the vigil, this time how ever, I decided to use talcum powder, as I scatter that around doorways and floors to see if I can detect any foot prints, after setting this small T candle up on a small table I left it there, a few people went in and out to the toilet where this object was outside, but this was in a dark corner of the room and no one seen or knew it was there, until a couple practising moving around at night called me on the walkie-talkie radio and this is what I found. Everyone swore they had not seen or touched the object. The only reason it was seen was because the man and woman had torches. The finger marks in the talc are very thin , like a child’s. Too wide even for the smallest female amongst us.
